Fidelity Investments
Fidelity is an international provider of financial services and investment resources for individuals and institutions.
  • An Education Center
Fidelity wanted to build a place in its Boston offices where it could communicate in new ways to staff and customers about its brand vision, core business values, and products and services. The space would be a peer-oriented destination for education about the role of technology in business. Fidelity asked Downstream to help them reach their goals by extending the center’s sleek interior design aesthetic into forms, technology, and media that would tell their story in innovative ways.

  • Design and Results
Downstream studied the space and Fidelity's audience goals, and organized several stories, each with its own, dedicated digital canvas. The Global Presence wall and the IT Infrastructure wall each were technical achievements—six plasma touchscreens form singular palettes for delivering messaging. The iWall is a 45-foot-long graphical timeline enhanced by two plasma screens that slide on tracks over the static images, revealing videos and other digital content relating to events. Downstream’s designs and information strategies have helped move visitors to action since the Fidelity Center opened.
