The Project Coordinator provides assistance and support to operations and production, which includes everything from basic office support to project coordination under the guidance of a Project Manager.
Responsibilities and expectations:
Support PMs and AMs in the development and maintenance of project schedules, milestones and budgets
Assist in the preparation of discovery session materials, support travel arrangements and project logistics
Assist in preparation of client meetings including preparation of materials
Project archival including gathering all images from final install and ensuring folders are closed out with all final files
Coordinate resource requests and assist in weekly resource and traffic meetings including maintaining resource report
Maintain freelance and vendor lists and coordinate the hiring of these contractors for various projects
Obtaining estimates for graphic and display elements, production, AV and installation.
Support the research, roll-out and implementation of various new tools
Limited website and marketing support including coordinating updates to the site, coordinating events including meeting invites, agendas and collateral
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills
Demonstrated ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams
Competencies in MS Office, MS Project, and other related project management and common communications tools is required
