Our HP Inc project in India stands out for its innovative "Futurescapes" concept, blending adaptive workspaces and immersive client spaces with brand storytelling. Designed in collaboration with Unispace, it integrates dynamic zones like Growthscapes for productivity, Socialscapes for collaboration, Playscapes honoring HP's heritage, and Techscapes showcasing innovation. Features like movable digital screens, a tech café, and a LEED Gold-certified design emphasize HP's commitment to flexibility, sustainability, and employee well-being. This seamless mix of form and function for a range of users redefines the future of hybrid branded environments, earning it recognition at the Commercial Design Awards 2024.
The Commercial Design Awards, recognizing excellence in commercial interior design and infrastructure, saw an overwhelming response this year with nearly 800 entries from industry leading architects, facility managers, and corporate project heads across India. Amidst this fierce competition, our design for HP Inc emerged as a shining beacon of innovation and creativity, winning the Best Innovation @ Workplace Award in the Large Segment category.
This award highlights Downstream and Unispace's collaborative contributions to the experience design landscape. The project has been celebrated for the thoughtful integration of flexible spaces, employee well-being, and cutting-edge technology. We believe that corporate briefing centers and offices are more than just commercial spaces—they’re ecosystems designed to inspire productivity, collaboration, and growth.
